1. General
- SMMCoder provides Social Media Marketing (SMM) services for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- We are not affiliated or partnered with any social media platform.
- By placing an order, you agree that you fully understand how our services work.
- Using our website means you accept all Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility
- Users must be 18 years or older.
- You are responsible for following your local laws.

3. Use of Services
- You agree not to use SMMCoder for illegal or harmful purposes.
- You must not upload or submit harmful, abusive, copyrighted, or platform-violating content.
- SMMCoder reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that violates our policies.

4. Account Responsibility
- Keep your login credentials safe and secure.
- SMMCoder is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Service Delivery
- Orders usually start instantly or as described in the service details.
- Delivery speed varies depending on service type, platform updates, and server load.
- Exact delivery time is not guaranteed for any service.

6. Drop, Refill & Guarantee
- Refill is only provided if the service description includes refill.
- If a service says "No Refill," then refill is not available.
- Refill will not be provided if:
 - You change your username
 - Your account becomes private
 - Your content is deleted
 - The service does not include refill
 - Platform algorithm changes affect the results

7. Prohibited Activities
- No fraud, illegal activity, spam, abuse, misleading promotion, or political manipulation.
- Misuse of services may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

8. Refund Policy

Completed Orders
- Completed or processing orders are not refundable.

Failed / Partial Orders
- If an order fails or runs partially, the remaining amount is automatically refunded to your SMMCoder wallet balance.

Wallet Balance
- Deposited funds (Crypto / Card / Bank etc.) are non-refundable.
- Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn; it can only be used to purchase services.

Refund Not Available If:
- Wrong link or username provided
- Account was private during the order
- Username was changed
- Post/content was deleted
- Platform update caused issues
- Service description states "No Refund / No Refill"

Refill Terms:
- Refill applies only to services with a refill guarantee.
- Refill timeframe starts once the order is marked "Completed".
- After the refill period expires, SMMCoder is not responsible for drops.

9. Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for account bans, shadowbans, restrictions, post removal, or algorithm updates.
- You use SMMCoder services at your own risk.
- We do not control platform algorithms or platform behavior.

10. Service Modification
- Services, pricing, and server availability may change without notice.
- We may add, remove, or modify any service at any time.

11. Fraud & Abuse
- Fake payment proofs, chargebacks, or disputes will lead to permanent account ban.
- Crypto payments cannot be reversed or refunded.

12. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for business loss, profit loss, account issues, or delays.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the order amount.
